How to order
We are trying to give the best, easiest and fastest service possible. Therefore we process all Credit Card and Paypal orders immediately. Adjustments or reservations can only be made on personal request before an order has been placed!
If you are located in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg or Germany your shipping costs will be deducted from your grand total if you spend ?75,00 or more on store items!* (UPS shipments only!!)
We accept PayPal, VISA and Mastercard (both processed by Paypal), Bank wires and cash.
PayPal payments should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The other option is a bank wire/transactions to our bank account using our iban account number: NL82ABNA0572072201. This is account number #572072201 at the ABN/AMRO bank in the city of “Zierikzee” (BIC ABNANL2R), The Netherlands.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE MONEY IS IN OUR ACCOUNT WITHIN ONE MONTH!!
Please make sure you have your order/invoice number as reference coming with your payment!
At this moment we offer 5 ways of shipping.
UPS Standard / Expedited; Finalized orders are being picked up daily (monday-friday), are insured and have a tracking number. You can trace your package online with the email that will automatically be sent to you when the package is picked up by UPS. Delivery times vary from 1-3 working days (Netherlands, UK, Germany, Italy) to about 6-7 days (USA) after being shipped. However, please make sure somebody is available to sign for the package! Shipping with UPS to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany is free when you spend 75,- EURO or more! For shipments outside the European Union, tax will automatically be deducted. UPS IS OUR RECOMMENDED SHIPPER, SIMPLY BECAUSE WE THINK THIS IS THE SAFEST WAY TO SHIP OUT YOUR RECORDS!
UPS Express; If you are really in a hurry, you can also choose UPS Express. Finalized orders are being picked up daily (monday-friday), are insured and have a tracking number. You can trace your package online with the email that will automatically be sent to you when the package is picked up by UPS. After being shipped, delivery times vary from next-day-delivery day in Europe (also non-EU countries!), to 2-3 working days to the rest of the world. However, please make sure somebody is available to sign for the package! UPS IS OUR RECOMMENDED SHIPPER, SIMPLY BECAUSE WE THINK THIS IS THE SAFEST WAY TO SHIP OUT YOUR RECORDS!
TNT Package Basic; Only available for shipments below 2kg! If that’s the case this is the cheaper method of shipping. Finalized orders are usually sent out once or twice a week. Note: Shipments are not registered, without insurance, and a slower delivery time applies; ranging from 1-2 weeks (Europe) to 3-4 weeks (outside Europe). For shipments outside Europe, we can not deduct tax when selecting this service. IMPORTANT: If you choose this option you agree that we can not be held responsible for missing or damaged packages!! No claims can be made!
TNT Package Plus; Offers a tracking number (yet not traceable online), but no insurance. Finalized orders are usually sent out 2 or 3 times a week. After shipping, delivery time in Europe is normally between 4 and 10 working days. Outside Europe delivery times vary between 4 and 14 working days. For shipments outside Europe, tax will automatically be deducted. IMPORTANT: If you choose this option you agree that we can not be held responsible for missing or damaged packages!! No claims can be made!
Shop Pickup; Only available to Dutch and Belgian customers, but if you’re not from either Belgium or Holland you can always email us if you plan to visit our shop…
How to combine orders
When you want to combine orders to save on shipping, you can use our
“add to order” function. This is how it works:
If you select “bank transfer” as your payment method, you don’t pay right away (like with Credit Card or PayPal), but the records are reserved for you. We will send you an automated order review (please make sure it doesn’t get stuck in your spam filter!) which includes your order number in the subject, and a list of all the records in your order so far.
If you place a new order some time later, you just follow the steps above, only this time, when checking out, you also have to fill in the order number you have received the first time in the “add to order” box.
We will then send you an updated order review, so you can double check if everything is okay. You can repeat this multiple times, although we cannot keep orders on hold for ages of course. We can hold your order for up to 1 month maximum. If nothing is heard from our customers within that time we might cancel your order, so please make sure you keep in touch on a regular basis, so we know what the status is!
Whenever you are finished you have to send us an email (or write it down in the comment box of your final order) telling us you are ready to ship. We can still adjust your payment method at that time, so it’s no problem if you would like to use PayPal.
