The Boccaccio Four
OK.. i feel old now... but Boccaccio was a regular trip on Sundays (and returning home monday mornings with daylight when the neighbours were leaving for work!) Crazy period where all electronic music seemed to be fresh and sincere! Anyways... here four tracks from that amazing club. Alongside the New Beat sound, Chicago House tracks such as ''Baby Wants to Ride'' or early Detroit Techno records like ''Rock to the Beat'' were huge hits. In fact, both there records alongside tracks such as 'Sexuality'' by Blake Baxter and The KLF's ''What Time is Love?'' had multiple Belgian remakes released in their ''honour''. for a brief period there was a deluge of wonderful tracks ranging from the remake of ''Dub Love'' by Master C&J (''1988'') to the industrial hypno grind of ''1987''. Old Electronic Body Music tracks were slowed down and dusted off. Her 4 tracks from belgium from that period. Check!!
