Messalina brings the quality once again, this time with (count them) five edits from South Carolina's cosmic connoisseur, JAZ. Side A kicks off with disco-funky bouncer Spectacula, sort of an Air-Force-Ones meets Blondie number, definitely one for the party kids. Then comes Got It (Together), bringing you a welcome dose of unadulterated Italo-Boogie summertime bliss. Side B opens with another feel-good disco chugger, Jet Lag, keeping all the clutch grooviness and killer vocal syncopation of the Veronica Unlimited original, but with a much lower cheese quotient. Goody Goody revisits a classic Pink Floyd jam, moulding Bob-a-Rella’s Canadian disco cover into a relentlessly funky cosmic workout. Last but not least is Salty Edit, born of a rare Italo-Prog 7\'' nugget that will leave you with a melted face thanks in large part to the insane interplay of crazy analog synths, flute, and Castilian sitars.
