Analog is the word here, no samples - just plain crunchy analog circuitry from his Berlin based studio in direct house-meets-techno form. The original mix of The Holy Grail takes on a synth journey with hints of the greatest synthesizer music period of 1972-1982 of Vangelis & co, buttered with a warm bed of electronic beats and futuristic themes. The B-side “Vintage Dub Mix” takes the journey one step further with a Chicago-ish bassline chugging the track forward into a frenzy of wild keys, the melodramatic theme and a wicked breakdown - definitely for the peakhour! Plus bonus we have “Rust” a proper house song!
