Taking their cue from US hip-hop artists ernot and Szary have invited a dizzying array of guest stars including old buddies TTC, Paul St Hillaire (Tikiman), Puppetmastaz, Sirius Mo, Otto Von Shirach and more intriguingly Thom Yorke and Maximo Park. The influence of dubstep looms large over this lp and its not often you're hear hip-hop, IDM, electro and techno all on one album. The collaborations work well, especially the Thom Yorke track ‘ The White Flash' and Déboutonner which was made with Sirius Mo. Even crazier is the cover of Scooters Hyper Hyper with the loonball Otto Von Shirach on vocal duties. If you're new to Modeselektor or a long time fan then you will not be disappointed. Hyper Hyper!
