German John Lagora is a new kid on the block. With his first few tracks he managed to get noticed by Traum and Beatport which highlighted some of his music. John Lagora doesn’t fit the usual techno sound. No, this guy has a unique style of his own. With this release Lagora proofs to be a versatile producer. On Deep Breath he shapes up the perfect banging techno tune for peak time play! Get Down is a dirty and raw cyber-techno-funk nugget to please all those who like their grooves fat and nasty! Gladiator is a fantastic minimal work-out in the same vein as Fortek colleague Stefan Tretau. Subliminal deep and well balanced. Schnutenzieher is a wicked techno tune in the same vein as some of the DJ Koze stuff. Really dope release.
