The first in a series of releases called Shapes And Phases Of Ambience, on which artists representing somewhat different styles and sounds present different sides of Ambience, everyday sounds constantly surrounding us, outdoor sounds, workplace atmospheres, musical instruments, synthesizers, equipment used in studios, whatever it might be, the two most basic elements being drone and rhythm. On this first release Relapxych.0, Quantec and Deer (Martin Hirsch), Relapxych.0 with a more soundscape based approach, Quantec bringing in a Techno and Ambient based take, and Deer with a more IDM oriented sound.
