Rotterdam based disco obsessive Loud E became well known with the launch of I-F's internet radio station CBS. His re-arranged versions of records he bought at flea markets (and of course also many misbuys), he cleverly sampled/ edited and re-arranged it with just one mini-disc player (?) and leaving the odd parts of the songs out and in this way he left all the beautifull parts intact. London's Ambassador's Reception run by Steve Kotey (Bear Funk) collected 11 of his hottest disco edits and finally released it for the disco fans.
