Cellophane Records kicks off with a very impressive debut release featuring three superb re-edits. First up is the brilliant X7RX7R where an obscure Canadian New Wave cut gets sped up and funked up into a superb midtempo chugger with an awesome bouncing synth bassline, followed closely on side two by the excellent That Man, a pulsating dubby groove with super catchy vocal. Finally Secrets sees a two minute B-side by 80’s New York electronica experimentalist Richard Bone stretched out into a new wave electro corker.
