Side A stirs up some mid-tempo funky noodles on ''Spank'' then quickly picks up the pace with some raw basslines and choppy tambourines on ''You Never Know When'' while Side B layers beautifully euphoric choir vocals over a loft-like afro vibe on ''Back To My Roots'' and drops us off in the east with ''Bagwan Boogie''.
