Vincent Williams is one of a few active djs today whose versatility and all round knowledge covers so much ground. From Rock to Jazz, Reggae to Hip Hop, Sountracks to House, Soul, Funk, Disco or Techno this man has the knowledge and can rock parties as good as any leading lights in any of the forementioned scenes.
On top of this all he finds time to create music either for his Hip Hop outfit the Jigmastas or make house records and remix tracks for De La Soul and lots more great artists. Boogie - the street slang for soulful dance music is the perfect starting point for this 5 part series dedicated to showing off the many faces of DJ Spinna. A child of the 80's Spinna lived through the boogie heydays. The jams on this compilation rocked the airwaves in Brooklyn and beyond.
