Max has been behind a slew of classic releases over the years, including his recent and amazing work with the Bear Funk label in collaboration with owner and international Disco svengali Steve Kotey. Max is a true soldier of the Balearic cause, the Isit boys are more than pleased to have him at the helm of their tenth outing. Must for fans of Claremont, Eskimo and the likes


'2 B' is a supremely funky and typically loose and Maxed out number, reminiscent of early 90's Italo House in all its blissfully assembled and dancefloor friendly glory. The seemingly unstoppable Soft Rocks take control on the flipside, and their manhattan transfer remix sheds all the extra weight and somehow manages to steer a course through the thick bong smoke to an extremely satisfying & heavy dub-disco destination.

Finally, label head honcho's Coyote take the whole thing to the beach, pour it a cold beer and lay it down on a sunbed. Layering their typically unique combo of lovely delayed pianos, guitar and a dreamy flute melody with a splash of steel drum for good measure...
