Dimlite

Exciting mini album by Dimlite! Swiss producer Dimlite made his entry into the experimental electronica/hip-hop in 2003 with a few EPs, though his true splash came with his 2005 debut, Runbox Leathers. Prismic Tops, an eight-track EP, is the producer-singer's first effort since signing to Stones Throw affiliate Now-Again Records. And it features vocal help from Elan Tamara and Ketepica, though Dimlite provides some woozy crooning, too. Great futuristic music that goes somewhere between instrumental hip hop and modern electronica.
