Nick Dunton (Surface, Downwards, Coda, Inceptive, Blueprint) from The 65d Mavericks drops an extremely nice EP on the newly formed Open Mind Recordings. This EP represents a bit of a departure from his hard-edged 65d style, and brings four beautiful tracks steeped in soulful imagery. It's all classic Detroit style techno on here ranging from solid sweet dub techno to more string laden electro tracks with beautiful spoken voices. 'Lost Love' is absolutely the winner but all 4 tracks are top notch. Lovely!
