Ras G & The Alkebulan Space Program / Sun Ra

Southern California meets Saturn in the first of a small series of Sun Ra interpretations. Straight out of Poobah records in Pasadena, Ras_G sets the bar high for this with a breathtaking version of the 1971 track “Nidhamu” Over a year in the making and his longest work to date its suitably fitting counter to Sun Ra’s futuristic synth revelations. Bespoke cover art for each record of the series comes from Stephen Serrato.
