Brooklyn edit maverick, Pocketknife, returns with Canyon Dancing 2 on his new imprint Wilde Calm Records. This 4-track EP sees the studio warlock reshaping more of his art rock and pagan pop favourites into outré dance numbers that began with Canyon Dancing (Flagrant Fowl) a few years back. With a focus on hypnotic driving percussion, gurgling synth additions, and murky vocal treatments, songs from the catalogues of Mi Ami, Wooden Wand & The Vanishing Voice, LA Vampires with Zola Jesus and Religious Knives receive the Pocketknife touch.
