Suburb

Here we present three tracks from these two young men called Suburb on one record along with that remix from our two friends at Smallville.
We get underway with “Motor” here, an 8-minute excursion that revs its engines and takes the gents claim that they’re trying to set themselves apart very seriously. There’s some of that deep Hamburg sound here, but the layers of subtle percussion, the slowly building acidic bass, and the tough kick drum all add up to something with a bit more throttle on the pedal, and about halfway in that acid line gets plain nasty and encourages curious DJs to take this on a test drive.
