The artists involved on this release have all made huge contributions to the genre, each of whom have enjoyed commercial success from the music they create, but still choose to make quality underground house. DJ Sneak’s remix of Blakkat’s Full Circle, is probably one of his finest examples of what he does best. Rise is a swinging, jacking piece of authentic funky house music, delivered from one of the godfathers of Chicago House Music, Marshall Jefferson and Holy Spirit by Eddie Amador, is probably one of the best examples of a perfect underground spiritual Deep House track.
