After releasing the incredible ''Abah Dabah Dis'' on PPF Limited in 2010, YSE returns with a full EP of amazing edits. The vinyl kicks off with ''Slow Joe'', a nice crafted European nu-disco shuffler, which has made a big impact with the balearic contingent, lucky enough to have been given a promo. Featuring catchy vocals shouts, hooky pianos and a simple 4/4 percussive rhythm, this is a gem for the more grown up dancefloor. On the flip, ''Harmonious Discord'' marries a super catchy African vocal refrain with some mid-tempo house beats. A delightfully blissed-out sunset track if ever there was one. Finally, ''Alpha Glory'' (borrowing Alpha Blondy's ''Jah Glory'') is a massive reggae rewire-the kind of seriously bumping party wrecker Mr Scruff would be proud of to spin.
