‘Uplifting, spiritual, science-fiction music from E.R. Addis Ababa’s Endeguena Mulu has worked on elements of this EP for roughly a decade. Drawing inspiration from the sun, Ethiopian war hymns, and his own dreams for this release, Mulu returns to 1432 R in fine form, pushing Ethiopian electronic music further into uncharted territory. Hints of jungle, hip hop, house and folk roots, working in harmony.’
