SPACEROCKS is the solo project of Steve Webster (Fort Lauderdale, The Black Neon, Memphis Industries, Higamos Hogamos, DC Recordings). On this exclusive release for Invisible, Inc. SPACEROCKS ditches the live drums and bass that we've become familiar with through his recent Higamos Hogamos incarnation and strips things right down to basics bringing his vintage, modular and custom-built synth set-up to the fore. Add to that a collection of rare drum machines and effects units and the results are six kosmik jams harking back to the sounds of Cluster, Conrad Schnitzler and Liaisons Dangereuses on one hand and contemporaries like Secret Circuit, Solyst and Barnt on the other.
