The Violet Hour (Massimiliano Pagliara & Fort Romeau)
Ultraviolet
The Violet Hour is the exclusive project of Panorama Bar resident Massimiliano Pagliara and Michael Greene aka Fort Romeau, for Berlin imprint Cocktail d’Amore Music.
One Morning In The Future takes over the A side. A total dancefloor pleaser. Treating us with Chicago house-inspired drums and that kind of cosmic pads that make any seasoned raver jump and kiss a nearby stranger. The intensity never stops growing - with new melodic strings appearing unexpectedly, projecting the track to the rings of Saturn. An involving italo-classic bassline characterizes Ultraviolet, together with an explosive layering of synthy melodies. The B2 Prisoner Of Love is a seductive dialogue between synthesizers and classic piano, resulting in a comforting, romantic soundtrack for any space travels. These two tracks illuminate feelings of looking at a violet sky, but with different attitudes: the first pushes into the unknown looking for a happy ending, while the second is nostalgic and tender.
