Binary Digit
Never Owned A 303
This is a reissue of a short-lived and obscure UK dance music label. A compilation of tracks featured on releases across 3 EP’s between 1991 and 1993 incorporating recently emergent dub techno and progressive acid house sounds. Nation of Noise was conceived in the early 90's, following a meeting of minds between the producer and Ambient Soho mainstay Django, and vocalist Jon Martin (of Pizzaman fame) at the legendary Soho institution: The Brain. Plate 1 is a fully remastered reissue of the first Nation of Noise record - Xes Noiz, featuring 4 locked grooves. Plate 2 takes two tracks off both the Lockgroove and Super Bubble EP's. One side is smooth, after-hours deep house whilst the other reaches for two progressive, acid cuts. Fully remastered.
