Although the originals (released in 2004) are timeless pieces, it was decided to remix the songs to give them more club appeal. Thre are three heavyweight remixes in the mix: Jazzanova, DJ Spinna and YamWho? Jazzanova gives us an uptempo jazz/soul treatment using a live ensemble to rework the string section to give the mix a timeless, classic feel. DJ Spinna turns ''Just Can't Get'' into a headnodders delight with enough bounce to stir every dancefloor. YamWho? remixes ''Do For You'' into a deep organ led vocal house/garage version, with that classic NYC vibe to it.
