Syclops

With Syclops, Maurice Fulton directs some mystery session musicians, re-playing and chopping their improvisations. In the process Fulton blurs the boundaries between live and electronics. Electronic clicks, drum snaps, whiplash cracks and rising, swelling jets of noise melting into a beautiful spaced out synth and piano outro. All this overlaid with the nagging, repeat electro hook from the best horror soundtracks.
