Chancellor

Chancellor kicks it off with ''The Cat's Meow'', which is an accessible intro to this ep despite its acid squawks. ''Fu Manchu'' with its mincing but tough and primitive drums has a synth line reminiscent of early Surgeon productions. On the flip things get a darker as ''Have You Been Here B4'' puts filtered synth squelches over drums and fx. ''Monkey Shinin'' is the toughest on the 12'', distorted kicks and white noise battle an insistent acid bass line. Finally ''Neishee Gruv'' brings the ep to a close with a short vocal and string refrain.
