DISCLAIMER: This is a cursed record that has been plagued with problems from the outset. Three dat tapes snapped, cd master disappeared, the production manager resigned at the plant while handling the project, final cut was LOST at the plant and finally the delivery was delayed, later I was told that during the last drop the driver was on (LOST IN THE DETAIL), he had a van accident! Experimental Seafood records will not be held responsible for fire/flood/death as a result of purchase of this record! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Anyway, this is the debut solo release from sound artist Pemalas who has featured on other ESR releases such as, Exploringthemalevagina, Electric and Ma=the time and space within a creative process. Weaving a rich concoction of sound within multi complex layers Pemalas raw production style, Lost in the detail is a complex listen. Accessible within the first play but improves over time. Fans of electro / breaks will also enjoy \''Lost\'' as there are three killer twisted electro tracks within the LP. The main body of lost explores the cosmic side of electronics without being passé. A record for fans of Rephlex/Krautrock/Coil. Limited to 500 copies on clear vinyl in stickered clear PVC sleeve!!
