Iken

Iken returns with his second release, another atmospheric house influenced journey. This new ep features three tracks. The distorted dirty disco workout of the title track ''Aspects'', the shimmering filtered funk of ''In Touch'', and the mysterious pulsing drone and Eno-like Moog shapes of ''December Spring''. Iken produces a rich organic unpolished sound, full of detail and inspired by a love of getting inside his machines and letting them flow. The first pressing of Aspects also includes the bonus 7'' single Mind's Eye / Close Range (Real Soon, RS-008). These tracks hint at the more techno elements of Iken's sound.
