Slam Mode

Slam Mode's new Desvio label returns for its second outing with another brilliant two-tracker of deep and tech-heavy latnight grooves. Balancing the light and the dark on this one,the A-side kicks things off with an emotive and uplifting mix of synths, pad washes, light drums and reflective moods with ''Sensitivo''. Very much a deeper techno journey for some of the Detroit, Moods & Grooves or David Alvarado heads. On the flip ''The Quest'' heads in a darker direction with a more buzzing, building bassline before giving way to some real Underground Resistance-styled strings and bleeps. Nice range of sounds on this solid release
