The profilic N.O.I.A are back with a bang with their latest release 'Time Is Over Me'. Originally released only digitally as a synthpop song, this vocoder soaked synth-fest is given the Dutch treatment with I Venti d'Azzurro Records's Eddy Mi Ami and Savino Deejay on remix duties.
