Alex Smoke returns with two ‘Paradolia’ album highlights. ‘Make My Day’ is a deep and melancholic track in which Alex innovatively morphs his own vocals to haunting effect. For the stunning remix of ‘Make My Day’ Ghostly International’s Lusine has produced a thick and spacious techno interpretation. Werk Discs Actress's remix is a spliced and diced cut-up that freaks out demented funk-splutters in all directions. Concluding the EP is Alex' own masterpiece ‘Snider’, a shimmering groove that nods to his love of classic Detroit techno and stripped rhythms.
