Francesco Fisotti, owner of Gelateria Fisotti in Otranto, Puglia, gave life to the "Gelato Italiano" recording project in 2023: a compilation made up of six songs, all different from each other, six different flavours, just as the DJs and musicians by musical background and geographically. In Gelato Italiano Vol.1, where we range from Italo-disco to funk, from boogie to deep house, with a pinch of 'groove' which he never likes, we find Francesco Fisotti himself, Lorenzo Morresi, Pentola, The Mechanical Man (Nicola Alfieri) JayBee Vibes, Stefano De Santis for around 30 minutes of music to dance to or enjoy while relaxing... just like the fabulous Italian ice creams produced by DJ-producer Fisotti.
