A cross-continental studio experiment born out of Covid-era isolation, the group spans hemispheres and histories: Yorkshires Doorly, L.A. legend Gary Richards (aka Destructo), and Australian duo Colour Castle. Their debut offering, Give You Love, lands via UK House Music institution Hard Times Records, and its as emotionally resonant as it is built for the floor.
Anchored by a slow-burning acid line and moody, immersive synthwork, Give You Love carries the DNA of classic house without feeling like pastiche. DJ Raes smokey vocal, recorded in Doorlys Ibiza studio, sets the tone - raw, intimate, immediate. Gene Farris enters with a gravelly, magnetic counterpoint, flipping the call-and-response into something spiritual.
