Jerod S. Rivera feat. Cat Lauigan

In early 2025 Oakland-based Jerod S. Rivera released his second full-length Dot-Dash, a collaboration with CST co-founder Cat Lauigan and Jonathan James Carr that brought together processed spoken word and Buchla experimentation, and quickly inspired a remix project drawing on friends from geographically and sonically disparate scenes to form a focused remix 12”. The release features remixes by False Aralia, Philipp Otterbach (Music from Memory, Offen, RIO), DJ ML and Wonja under their Motoko & Myers moniker (Future Times, Soda Gong), and Slowfoam, and includes a two-sided riso insert and a download code with an additional remix by close collaborator Jon Carr.
