Shook returns with Arcana. A solo sci-fi journey into uncharted territory. Eight tracks that move between dark synth funk, vortex sequencers, mystical vocoders and emotional piano melodies reminiscent of Ryuichi Sakamoto. A world of mysticism, ancient technology, unknown creatures and robots, brought to life through vintage analog synths and heavy-hitting drum machines.

Inspired by his early electro roots, a deep connection to the world of YMO, and a love for 90s anime from the likes of Otomo, Satoshi Kon and Yoshiaki Kawajiri. ''I wanted to create a similar world, where we can escape our reality.''
