First up Rub N Tug’s proton Saga mix of “The Main Thing” stretches out the original in a sweaty throb, layered with repetitive piano rolls, FX guitar and Brian’s vocal is pitched down a bit, which of course adds to the drugginess. The Glimmers tidy up “Same Old Scene” into a shimmering dancing queen of a mix. Top class stuff that won’t be around for long.
