6th official re-release wich brings back a forgotten dance classic from 1983 by Bobby Davenport. A cheeky cover of the Chambers Brothers ‘Time Has Come Today’, produced by Randy Sills and Peter Hirsh. This is pure electronic disco with very tight drums, an arpeggiated (almost acidid) bassline and some vocoder vocal action. The absolutely insane synth-line will make you scream and maybe even pop your speakers with it’s 8-bit rawness and ultra catchy melody. This track is just all over the place, what were they thinking? We have no idea but it works the floor like nothing else. Enjoy!
