With the distinctive vocals by Erlend Øye ''Casualities'' is one of the strongest tracks on the album and an obvious choice. The song is a wonderfully fleet- footed Nu-Disco tune that perfectly underlines the contradiction in Erlend‘s vocal style which is melancholic yet exhilarant at the same time. For the remix there could have been no better choice than Morgan Geist. His mix adds even more warmth while keeping the song floating.
