EOC (Enormous O'Clock) is a previously unknown Japanese electronic musician who has the good fortune to have released his first album on the design-heavy British imprint. Like most Ai output, it's somewhere between IDM and classic 90s electro/techno, yet also totally original and eclectic, with bits of ambient and jazz and so on.
