Bombers - Bombers (12inch)
Bombers, a project by Pat DeSerio, who later went on to produce Kebekelektrik (alongside Gino Soccio) and Rational Youth, burst on the scene in 1978. ‘Bombers’ was the first of 2 LPs, featuring vocalists Tamara Lorincz and Mack ''BC'' Jones. Containing 5 tracks of the purest disco boogie going, this LP was a huge hit in disco’s heyday. These percussive floor fillers are instantly recognisable, plus there’s an epic 11 minute version of ‘The Mexican’ that inspired DJ John ''Jellybean'' Benitez to do his famous version, which also dips into Ennio Morricones spaghetti western ''For A Few Dollars More''. This is a limited edition of 300 copies.
