Well.. (unknowingly) sampled by Madlib for the Madvillain Remix album from a Japanese boot containing the track Heaven, sample spotted by Mr. Cassell himself upon which he contacted Stones Throw and instead of entering into a legal battle it was decided to re-issue all of his collected works which where previously only available from extremely small private pressruns in California during the seventies. So in a way this is one of Stones Throw latest signings, and of course the music is fantastic too. Smooth funk fuelled grooves. Miss at your peril!
