A past affiliate of Richie Hawtin's Minus label, Berlin-based expat Kevin McHugh (aka Ambivalent) joins the ranks at CPU under his more recent alter ego of LA-4A. McHugh launched his own Delft imprint in 2013, which saw the birth of LA-4A, initially an anonymous production handle. On Slackline, McHugh delivers 4 tracks of uncompromising techno: you'll find interwoven breaks and refined sampling; and as the track entitled Punishment clearly suggests, only the hardiest of techno fans will survive it's onslaught.
