Daru & Rena

Daru returns with this second album for 4lux White. Daru makes beats as raw as Madlib and is a drummer for Slum Village. He's joined by singer/songwriter Rena. Rena has a very distinguished style of singing. Her influences range from Sade to Tracey Chapman. Here on this album, she winds all up in one and creates a new unique flava. Daru & Rena’s experiment is a very interesting and soulful take on today’s hip hop.
