The Clone sub label comes with more crazy but very sweet electronica. This time its Dijf Sanders return after almost 12 months after his very good debut release. And we think his return couldn't have been better!
Main track is the sweet Swamp boulevard. The title track is a jazzy pop track where Dijf sings in his typical way... Dijf sings, plays the guitar,and programms the electronica, Jon Birdsong (the former trumpetist of Beck!!) plays trump like there never has been a Miles Davis and contrabas is played by Benjamin Dousselaere. The flip side is even more versatile and more electronical . Cheerleader memorial is basicly to beautiful to be real! Stunning melodies and jazzy electronica beats with another trade mark of Dijf...his very strange sounding guitar! ''For your ass only'' is kind of a love song, a tribute to a beautifull girl... Makes you feel like being in love again! And last track is the very jazzy ''Jizz''. A track that sounds like it has been recorded somewhere in the 50's in a dark obscure jazz club in France. What can we say more...this is absolutly a very unique release which makes us happy everytime we hear it... defenitly promisses a lot for his forthcoming album!
